"Eu levei Linda para uma sessão de fotos de um concurso de culinária que ela tinha que fotografar. Sabendo que ela ia demorar mais ou menos duas horas, eu pensei que deveria escrever uma música nesse meio tempo - então, quando ela voltasse e perguntasse 'Ficou entediado? O que ficou fazendo?', eu poderia dizer 'Ah, eu escrevi essa música. Quer ouvir?'."

• Linda McCartney faleceu no ano seguinte, aos 56 anos, perdendo a luta contra um câncer de mama. Hoje ela faria 68 anos.
